Me and my buddy used to go to that Jack's location in PJ as well as the one in Centereach back in high school. We'd wait till midnight on Monday and roll on over there for Taco Tuesday! It was awesome.
My same friend just came to visit me in Austin over the holiday and on the way home after a night of drinks I had the wife stop at the local JITB for some late night tacos and mac and cheese bites. YUM. The location in Austin is weird, they shut off all the lights in the restaurant at night but the drive thru stays open.
